1. Professional Service Commitment
At Love Collective Introductions, we provide a highly personalized, labor-intensive matchmaking service. Unlike automated dating apps, our team invests significant time, expertise, and resources into vetting, interviewing, and hand-selecting potential matches for our members from the moment a membership begins.
2. No-Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources toward your search, all membership fees, coaching fees, and administrative deposits are non-refundable.
By entering into a membership agreement and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Service Initiation: Work on your profile and match search begins immediately upon payment.
- No Guarantees: While we are committed to finding high-quality introductions, the subjective nature of human chemistry means that specific results (e.g., marriage, long-term partnership, or a specific number of dates) cannot be guaranteed.
- Final Sale: All payments are final. No partial or full refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with a specific introduction, or entering into a relationship outside of the Collective.
3. Membership Holds
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that life happens. At the discretion of management, members may be eligible to place their membership on “Pause” for a specified period (e.g., for travel, illness, or to explore a specific connection). During a pause, your time remaining in the program is frozen and will resume once you are ready to return.
4. Termination for Conduct
Love Collective Introductions reserves the right to terminate any membership without a refund if a member violates our Code of Conduct, displays unprofessional behavior toward staff or other members, or provides fraudulent information during the vetting process.
